Frosting During Tattoo Removal Treatment

This video shows frosting as the laser explodes the ink during QSwitched Yag Laser tattoo removal treatment. Frosting is a good thing and is the effect you are after but it does block the laser from getting to the ink that is left behind.

Frosting is a good thing it means that the operator is getting the chemical reaction required when the laser hits the ink and explodes it.

Here are some photos of frosting during my treatments. As well as frosting during your tattoo removal you may get pin point bleeding. If your tattoo removal treatment does bleed a little don’t worry it can happen, but please ensure that you keep the area clean and protected from infection. In a perfect world I would not get pinpoint bleeding but in this instance, (on the neck) the area is very sensitive and it can catch you out sometime.
